The key is to buy a package that supports your learning curve and gives you access to updates of the image library periodically if you don't like searching for and cutting out images online yourself.  But know this: there is a more or less rigorous learning curve inherent in learning digital imaging software, whatever you choose.  If you've never done it, it won't be instant gratification, I guarantee you that.  You need to be committed to spending the time practicing to become commercially enabled at it.
