Would like to know if anyone has had success or experience on a large scale in an office environment. |

My understanding is that wheatgrass is a short-term annual and won't last long indoors. The stuff is often sold in flats for use in centerpieces and displays for parties and events. I would also suspect that the medium would be a prime source of fungus gnats, since it's unlikely to have been treated with a pesticide (partly because it's a cheap, short-term crop and also because it might be used by health-food folks in vitamin drinks for human consumption). Explore at your own risk. |
