Primescape Products has the Hand-e-Hite, which is basically the same item. It's on page 4 of their supply catalog:

We had six or eight of these on an account for over ten years with only one slight failure that was easily repaired, and they worked great at lowering 12" hanging bowls of Hoya carnosa from ten feet up down to working level.
