My sister and I have started an interior plantscape business and we are working on the administrative stuff. Any recommendations on where we can obtain the proper forms for invoicing and bid contracts? What does everyone use or how do you do the invoicing for your customers? Where can I get samples for bid contract for interior plantscapes? Any suggestions or recommendations is appreciate it. We are excited about our business. |

You can probably buy the contract boilerplate, but Rick Wilcox of Southwest Plantscape Products used to offer them for free on request. Check with Rick about that.
Invoices would be a part of you A/R system (Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.). Again, you can buy a turn-key package designed for this industry (Shining Brow, etc.) that will take you from proposal to work order to inventory form to invoices, but these are somewhat expensive to purchase, take time to learn, and can be even costlier to customize to your liking.
