Please, please help me! How do I bill a quarterly color change?! I have never had a large scale color change and I have no Idea how to calculate it! |

take the price that you would charge for EACH color change (including labour) multiply by four (for 4 changes) then divide by 12 for your monthly charge. |

We do some that way and some get billed at the time of installation for the full amount of each quarterly changeout. Some clients prefer to bury the rotation costs in the monthly charge, some like to see it billed separately.

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for the info and sorry the thanks is so late! I got a bit overwhelmed this holiday season. Sometimes it is just one thing after the other until you are pretty sure you need to be carried off in a jacket with extra long sleeves that tie in the back! |
