does anyone have a way to go from proposals to purchase orders? I would like to be able to write proposals and once they were accepted, have info trasfer to puchase order. I know there must be a way to set that up on computers but its beyound me. thanks

There are several software suites you can purchase that are specifically for interiorscapers and landscapers...Shining Brow is one, but there are others whose names escape me at the moment...search online and you'll find them.  They will take you from proposal to purchase order to invoice to inventory report, etc. But these programs are just relational databases.  If you can work with Microsoft Access or other similar database software, you can create them yourself.
