Can anyone tell me how long do small holly plants last indoors? Thanks!

Depends on the conditions.  In a cool, bright atrium space or lobby, they can last for several weeks or even months.  In the typical centrally heated building, maybe a few weeks.  Keep them moist and away from heat registers or blowers and in the best light you can and they will last longer.  It also depends on how the HVAC is set in each individual building.  Some like it hot when the weather outside gets frightful, and hollies don't necessarily appreciate the extra warmth.
